WOW! a second issue. Now that the autumn faire craze is over, how well have we covered both coasts and the mid-west of the US? In '09 we plan to open up to CANADA!

Did you get your magazine on time? How did you like the care it received? Did the thick mailing envelope hold up to the pounding of USPS? Did the .4mm plastic collector's case keep the magazine "fresh"?
